Font isn't appearing (instead text shows ariel instead)

I am trying to use a pixelated font called Cubic Five for my project but when I try to apply that font to text, it appears as ariel instead. I've tried a thousand things but nothing seems to work. Other imported fonts appear fine. What am I doing wrong with this one?

Here is a picture of what I'm looking at. "New Text" is still appearing as ariel even though cubicfive10 was put into the font section of the text script:
