   Labels should have a "font case definition" parameter which describes the way characters are capitalized.

   Thanks for bringing this up! We have rich text tags related to "font case" like <allcaps>, <lowercase>, and <smallcaps>, but we are indeed missing a few. Also, it would be nice to expose those features through USS.
   
   I'll make sure we track this.
