Folder Structure missing from Assembly-CSharp.csproj (5.5 bug)

Starting with Unity 5.5 (including betas) when I build my HoloLens Solution from Unity the resulting Assembly-Csharp.csproj has no folder structure, so it is impossible to finds files while debugging. In previous versions it used to reproduce the "Assets" folder structure found in Unity and have them organized the same way. Can someone else verify they are seeing the same problem?

I'm not seeing this issue, I see all the files and scripts for debugging an app. Is there anymore information you can send to help understand the issue?

Here is a photo of the problem:

    To reproduce:
    1. Load any unity hololens project in 5.5
    2. Build the application
    3. Load the solution in VS2015

Previously these files would be in the same folder structure that they are in the unity project. I don't have any old versions of unity installed to post a screenshot of what it used to look like. Does that help?

I added an example, and talked to someone else seeing the same bug. Not sure if you got notified since I used my other Unity account.

Did you submit a bug report? If so, what's the case #?

I was waiting for acknowledgement that this was an issue and not something that was my mistake. Since I've talked to another HoloLens developer that verified this is a bug that showed up during the 5.5 betas, I went ahead and created a bug. Case #858579. Thanks for your attention, I'm shocked nobody else has reported it, this is a huge usability issue, greatly slowing down productivity. I just can't remember the names of 100's of .cs files without the folder structure to help me find them.

This is actually blocking me. Getting an error when building about two files having the same name but they're in different namespaces and folders in my project, but get lumped together when converted into UWP project.

Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Warning The file 'Assets\ThirdParty\HoloToolkit\Utilities\Scripts\Singleton.cs' could not be added to the project. Cannot add a link to the file Singleton.cs. There is already a file of the same name in this folder.

Just an update: I fixed the bug this week, but it will take a while to get to a patch release due to the holidays. I'm planning to land the fix early in January.
