Until last summer, reporting an Editor bug to Unity would open a case in FogBugz, our legacy bug tracking system. Following on from our switch to Jira, we have been working towards decommissioning Fogbugz and are now in the final stages of shutting down the service.

You will have until 29th August 2023 to download any non-public information from Fogbugz that you would like to archive for your personal needs. Most of this information should already be contained in your past email correspondence associated with the case.

Once Fogbugz has been fully shut down, it will no longer be possible to access the Fogbugz page for cases submitted prior to 4th October 2022. Cases that were active on this date were included in our migration to Jira and you should have received a new link at the time.

Any cases that were published to our Issue Tracker can be accessed by searching in IssueTracker directly, or by inserting the FogBugz case number into the following URL:

    issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/<case-number>

If you require support with any case you reported to Unity, please visit Unity support at https://support.unity.com. You can report new issues as usual with our bug reporter.
