Dang looks polished although it looks a little boring no offense

About your second question - the biggest thing is to get it out! the game doesn't have to be perfect, you can add features along the way; as you can see we just made a big update to our game too!
Make something that is both interesting to you from a developing standpoint, and also something you'd have fun playing!
