I challenged myself to make every simulator that has not been done yet.

 

_____ Simulator is sort of a genre that just needs to die. And stuff like this, while cheeky, isn't really adding anything to the industry.

I mean, come on, man... You didn't even put a wall on the edge of the map. Is throwing a few asset store plant lifes onto a repeating texture plane and a standard FPS controller really a "simulator"?

 

Darnit, I was going to make a Make a Simulator Simulator.

 

Like Game Dev Story, except your goal is to crank out a crappy title in time to ride the wave of popularity, even if only to gain notoriety and your 3 seconds of Internet fame?

That... actually sounds like it might not be bad.

 

Seriously though you're the reason people think Greenlight is a joke..... also Flower Simulator would be a simulation of being a flower. Bus Simulator isn't a game where you walk around looking at buses.

 

Is Bus simulator a simulation of being a bus?

A bus driver simulation though would be driving around in a bus, not being it : p

 

As far as trolls go I think this one is actually kinda funny. I especially like how all the screenshots are images of a video of the game

You really can't make that S*** up.

On a more serious note though I agree with @zviaz. Don't put this stuff up on Greenlight, stuff like this will hurt the community in a long run.

 

A simulator without unicorns is not a simulator, sorry.

I believe you A) can't stand the heat, and B) should get out of the kitchen.

 

So users get a free pass?

 

Would have been funny if there was actually a simulator aspect to it. I know many people think the _____simulator craze should die a death, and I do too, but if it's done as a hilarious joke, then I can get on board with it. But as I said this isn't even funny. Definitely remove this from Greenlight though, that community is suffering enough as it is.

 

Users certainly are free to express their opinions no matter how anyone feels about them.
