Fit camera to canvas

i have a main menu canvas that includes a panel .
the canvas size is 1920*1080 and the panel is placed in the center of it .
when i run the scene i see the panel in the center,surrounded by the blue colored canvas.
i would like to see only the panel which means that the size of the camera(or the canvas?)must be the size of the panel .tried to find answers but mostly got reference to screen size responsiveness.

Edit: if you want to show your whole panel at the same time (no movement) then you can just modify the scale of the camera to fit the panel and you don't have to use cinemachine with confiner.
