Firebase push notifications on new version (2018) throwing errors and not working

Anyone having issues with firebase and the new version of unity??

It worked fine for me on 2017 and on this new one im getting errors on literally everything i do.

my current issue is that ive firebase on and everything is set up like it was for my previous game (which works) but the messages arent been sent/being recieved.

When installing the firebase sdk i had some errors but after reading up on it ive installed the new google resolver and forced the resolution and its not giving me any errors now and im able to build to an apk.

so I'm stumped. Can't figure out what the issue is as firebase isn't giving me anything in the console.

Any suggestions/advice would be awesome! thanks.
