[FIRE!!!]Not found the local manual!

    yes,I used the version 5.3.5,but in the version there is no local manual.
    However,the version 5.0.0 ,it has it.
    So,the official person tell me why?

    What @N1warhead said. In the installer you need to select the documentation to be installed alongside your editor installation.

    You don't need to. Just run the download assistant. Uncheck everything. Then select the documentation. This will add just the documentation to your install.
