Hoping someone has come across this before.... I have a finger bone that rotates correctly in maya ( and in the fbx) but when using humanoid it rotates incorrectly. In the fbx it rotates along it's axis in Z. In unity you can rotate the finger in the scene fine as well, no offset. For some reason though, humanoid rotates it in the Y. There's no errors in the avatar configuration, I even tried rebuilding the bones ( duplicating the parent thumb bones unity rotates correctly) but still no joy. Any ideas what could be causing this, or any fix ? Project restrictions mean it needs to use the humanoid setup. Never come across this before though. Thanks in advance !
