After 2 weeks waiting, my product approved.
Musical instruments pack with 16 lowpoly 3D-models. Fully detailed, textured models.
    Texture size 1024x1024.

    This pack includes:
    - electric guitar
    - guitar
    - guitar bass
    - violin
    - piano
    - drums
    - trumpet
    - djembe
    - xylophone
    - maracas
    - synthesizer
    - zampona
    - conga
    - cello
    - microphone + stand
    - ukulele

    First declined about:
    - Textures in JPG pictures, im forget its must be in PNG or (see section 5.2 https://unity3d.com/asset-store/sell-assets/submission-guidelines)
    - Wrong key images templates, you can see detail here (( http://unity3d.com/files/asset-store/asset-store-key-image-templates.zip) which can be found in our Asset Store Submission Guidelines (http://unity3d.com/asset-store/sell-assets/submission-guidelines).
    - Some issues with some of meshes that have single sides, or instruments that have holes in them. Back-face culling makes it appear that there are holes in your mesh, we would ask that you make the mesh double sided, or find a shader to correct this issue.
    - Files under a subfolder of the Asset folder, named as your package title. Otherwise your files may get lost if users have the same folder structure as yours.

    Second declined:
We ask that you place all your files under a subfolder of the Asset folder, named as your package title. Otherwise your files may get lost if users have the same folder structure as yours.

We ask that you remove the .unitypackage from the submission as these files obscure the content of the package. If the content is essential to the submission then extract it into the file structure.

hahahha.....im seacrh in youtube about tutorial structure folder. And i can fix all the problem.
Finally approved....small mistake made a long time for waiting
