Filtering Search Results Based On Profile Completeness

    A lot of profiles have no website, portfolio, or resume. As a recruiter I want to filter out these profiles.

    I also think without a filter these profiles should be deprioritized in search results to show up at the bottom of the list, and you should be able to see in the results list if people have a website linked.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!

    We have in the works additional filters, including showing only profiles with completed projects. Profile completeness is another filter we can look into.

    Totally agree, the current sorting for Recruit can let in some very low quality candidates. Stay tuned for updates!
