Hi, we have compiled our game for linux (steam and steamdeck) but on SteamDeck the games runs instead on Ubuntu throught steamclient don't runs because it not has flag +x to run. Is there a way to run the x86_64 file without use terminal?
    Thanks a lot for help!

given you will need to support unix for your users, now would be the time to get a unix machine and a book and get learning .. in short you can run unix under windows (in sorts, probably not enough for a game mind) and then would be able to set it and zip/tar the results so its all included.

When downloaded and installed by the Steam client the permissions will be correct. If you are copying your game from Windows to the Steam Deck for testing you will have to set permissions yourself.
