File->Exit while in Tiny project breaks DOTS

    So I was trying to get Tiny to work with 2019.2.5f1 and found a nasty bug.

    Load a 2d project, install Tiny, Burst will complain, Update Burst, load Hello World project

    Then close Unity using the menu File->Exit.

    When you reload the project it will still have the Hello world's scene as the scene which is loaded, but using the standard (non DOTS) UI.

    You can no longer load a DOTS/Tiny project.
