The owls seemed a bit 'challenged' in their movement, but other than that it looks very polished (art, animations, mechanics)!

Thanks, I went for a classic platformer gameplay hehe. The twist is that you save characters which then follow you to the end of the level.

Hehe, flying animals use a system where they flap wings either left or right wing using physics. I reckon it looks a bit weird. There's a lot of room for improvement.

    You guys are awesome!

@RavenOfCode Yeah, in the end I have no idea if people are going to like it. But I can honestly say it was a superb learning experience.

I requested some tips from Arrimus, who amazingly took the time to make a youtube video giving me very interesting suggestions, that will greatly improve my game.

To summarize, the most important thing that I didn't realize before: AUDIOVISUAL FEEDBACK. Lots of it.

Every good thing the player does, let him know. Add a jingle, effects, let player know he's progressing, going the right way. Nothing is too obvious.
Got a powerup? Found a key? Used that key? Found a secret area? etc etc. All this can benefit from audiovisual feedback.

Then I've got several advice more specific to my game, like fixing camera positions, game mechanics, etc.

    Here's the video:
