In Blender, feet are rock solid. No sliding. After I export as FBX to Unity, I have this well-known issue.
Feet are sliding in an idle animation, but perhaps even in walk or run, or death. I just can't see it due to the feet moving.
There are millions of posts like these out there, and I have spent the whole day searching through the internet and reading literary every post with the same issue without success.

So I want to ask the community if someone managed to find a checkbox I have missed or something like that.
I have thousands of lines to write, and I spend a freaking day to make the feet standstill as I originally had planned and animated in blender.

I've ticked and checked and tested and begged to work the following:

    Unity:

    • Animator > Layer settings > IK Pass = true
    • Animator > Animation state with idle clip > Foot IK = true
    • FBX > Animation compression = OFF
    • FBX > Animation settings (where the bake into pose is, etc.) = literary every combination tested
    • FBX > RIG > Whether its humanoid or generic = still sliding
    • Imported as a new file (because it seems that unity prioritizes settings from the previous fbx)
    • Animator > Apply Root Motion = true
    Blender:
    • tested literary every checkbox combination in the export settings.
    • applied scale, transform, everything
    • model in t-pose without animation selected
    • model in idle animation without t-pose
    • baked the animation into a new one

Some settings made it look a tiny bit better, some worse. But in the end, I still have this horrible sliding effect, I could never think I would be dealing with. Please help T.T
