    With the job forums coming back, could you please put in a template for postings? Have one for if you are looking for a job and one if you are looking for talent. So many postings don't have enough information. I personally would like to see a budget or budget range be required if you are posting a job. Too much time gets wasted only to find out it is a low ball deal.
