Feedback: add support for "disable app nap"

I have server-style apps that suffer from "app nap" when not in the foreground, minimized or visible. I'd like to be able to just set the "don't nap me" bit so these apps can remain spry and responsive to network traffic no matter whether I have them showing.

I know there is a system-wide means by which I can disable any napping. I want something more surgical.
