[Feature Request] Web hooks for Slack (and other systems)

Our team uses Slack extensively for team communications. A feature that would be extremely useful would be the ability to define a web hook (see https://api.slack.com/web) that gets called every time a build completes. What we'd like to achieve is the following use case:

    1) Unity Cloud Build completes
    2) Post build hook runs and generates the shared link to the build
    3) Shared build link gets posted to a designated Slack channel (e.g.#builds)

Obviously, not everyone uses Slack, so a general-purpose API that allows for web hooks to other systems I'm sure would be useful. Perhaps this could be integrated into the Post-Export functionality. Or maybe it is its own animal.

    Thanks,
    Patrick

    Hi @poshaughnessey -

    Totally!

FYI, I think parts of this feature could be simulated by customers who are using the Cloud Build API (on the Studio plan):
    http://docs.unitycloudbuild.apiary.io/#
But it would be very clunky - a web hook would definitely be better. So we'll keep this in mind for the future!

I second that, our team uses Slack as well and this feature would be extremely useful.

The ability to pick a channel per project would be great, so build shares can go to the right teams. This could either be through deep integration with Slack, or just a web hook POST url setting per project, then the web hooks get setup in Slack manually.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get the Share link via the API, or did I miss something?

Automatically posting the share links to Slack would be very useful, so please please implement that!

Hi guys, we wanted this feature so much that we've built a small free service for it. You can login via twitter, github, fbook or google.
It's brand new, so if there are any issues or any additions you think would be helpful just let me know. Thanks!
