Feature Request: text-transform for stylesheets

    It would be nice to add a text-transform (or -unity-text-transform) property that supports lowercase and uppercase text functionality to stylesheets. Currently, you have to go to each visual element and ensure the proper rich text descriptors are added/correct. So, global changes are quite painful if not supported by stylesheet properties.

    We're using UI Toolkit for an international game, we need to have access to this option without force it in script.

    It's late 2022 and there is no solution yet. Same for localizations which are not supported in UI Toolkit.
