[Feature Request] Readonly IJobParallelForTransform

    There are many situations where you might want to iterate over an array of transforms but not modify any of them. A regular IJobParallelForTransform cannot be fully parallelized due to the dependency of children on the transforms of the parent, which might be modified earlier in the job. This dependency wouldn't exist if no modifications were made. It would be great if there was a readonly version of IJobParallelForTransform which could be fully parallelized.
