FEATURE REQUEST: Detection for CodelessIAPStoreListener initialization errors (UnityIAP)

    In CodelessIAPStoreListener please add some way for other classes to know when intialization failed and why it failed (e.g. the value of InitializationFailureReason).

    Why it's needed:
    It'll allow us to show a meaningful message to the user, e.g. "Purchasing is unavailable. Please make sure Google Play Store is running."
    Or to disable UI elements that may be waiting for purchasing to finish initializing.
