Feature request: Ability to close editor without it trying to do random heck

Thing that continually happens: I need to perform some operation external to Unity. I want to close Unity. Unity gains focus from me hitting the X button and will proceed to do any and all import / file check operations before gaining focus and finally closing.

Request: If gaining focus as a result of attempting to close the editor without scene modifications, just close it. Current workaround: Murder the Unity process instead of normal Close operations, potentially leaving temp garbage.
