Featherstone's solver for articulations

    I wonder if it's related to the problem I had here:

    If an ArticulationBody had no colliders attached, it'd secretly weigh 1kg regardless of what was shown in the inspector (I think). However, I *was* able to workaround by setting the mass manually to the correct value in my script (although I only had a single object I needed to do this with). I'm not sure it's always workroundable by adding a trigger collider; it does seem to work OK if all of my articulations have actual (non-trigger) colliders.
