FBX importer in Unity does not update animation clips when overriding an existing file. I use Game Exporter in Maya to setup animation clips which will automatically be added to Unity when imported. However if I add new animation clips to Game Exporter in Maya and re-export overwriting the .fbx - Unity will not update the animation clip list. Reimport > Selected on .fbx does not update with new clips either. To fix it I have to delete the related .meta file for that .fbx.
