FBX import - Left-hand side of rigging messed up

    I am using an FBX of a bison from the assets store and importing it to 3DXchange. I need to build an animation so I convert it to Non-Human and export to iClone. It looks fine in iClone, so I created an animation and export the animation back to 3DXchage. Everything looks good so I export to FBX and import the animation into Unity5... That's when the issue appears. It looks like the leg rigging in Unity is messed up but only on the left-hand side of the avatar. The animations runs but the left-hand rigging is a mess. I have tried to solve this but I'm not having any luck... Anyone with ideas on this? Here is a screen shot of what is happening.
