I was following all the previous information to fin the issue (Embedded media, administrator roll for folders, etc. ) and doesn't work. When I Import the FBX with embedded media the importer does not create a folder material....

    Try this, first reset XForm , and convert Mesh not EditPoly.

    It doesn't matter if it's edit mesh or edit poly. FBX converts it to editable mesh on export.

    Test - reimport the fbx back into Max. Does it look right? If yes - there is something you are doing wrong in Unity. If no - there is something you are doing wrong in the export process.

    As far as I know this isn't standard practice, Unity doesn't create the material folder for you. You have to create it. If the texture map doesn't come in with the fbx, import it in separately and assign it to the model in Unity.

    After you've preformed the test mentioned above, on export the main points are;
    Check animation if there is animation.
    Check deformations and skin and morphs if you have them.
    Keep embedded media checked
    Make sure scale factor is 1.0 and check automatic and confirm it is set to meters
    Y axis up
    Export - and proceed to developing the next great interactive masterpiece. :)
