What URP Demo did you use?

 

the answer is yes!!, step:
1 create an empty unity project
2 import URP 12.1.7
3 import URP Sample
4 open Lit Scene and set it as the start scene
5 build android apk
6 install and run the apk on xiaomi 8 mobile phone, you can see the result that i had show on the youtobe

 

Can you start a new project using the URP demo in Unity hub?
If you import the URP package you need to actually set it up still in the graphics and quality settings

No, the urp demo scene from unity hub looks different.
Start a new unity project using the template or google how to setup the urp properly

is not he same thing you did, or at least is not the same thing you said you did.

Try this (with images for you :
1 - Open the Hub

2 - click on "new project"


3 - Select the editor version, DO NOT USE Beta or Alpha, go with LTS version for this test.

4 - A> Click on "3D (URP) and then B > click "download template" if necessary and then C > click "create project"


5 - Import the samples using the package manager (idk if the settings of those samples are prepared for mobiles)

If the bug persist you can report a bug with the report bug tool inside unity's editor, is very easy to do that, you just need to follow the instructions.
