Fastest/Best way to do self-illumination w/ bloom on mobile

    Does anyone know what the best plugin to use for having self-illum / bloom on a mobile device? Is the standard bloom shader that comes with Unity Pro any good?

    I'm trying to get an effect like the night racing level on Asphalt 8
