Bug Failed to update android SDK!!!!!

    sign, the new analystic force me to update my engine(even I really don't want to), then I installed the new engine from hub.

    after waiting for half day to reimport assets. I started to build the apk. it said I need android 30, but there's no way to update the andrond sdk, always UnauthorizedAccessException.

    Unity, is this a joke??? It's really wasting time
    why the plugin installed from hub is not the exact version the engine needed?

    Engine version: 2019.4.40f1
    Android version: 28

    TL;DR:
    1. wrong android version installed via hub
    2. not way to update the sdk during building
