Failed to run serialization weaver with command "Temp\StagingArea\Data\Managed\Newtonsoft.Json.dll"

    I'm trying to build my game for Windows 10 Universal app, but by some reason Newtonsoft json has some problem when going through weaver.
    Using Unity 5.4.0 beta. Here is more details:

    Please help as I'm stuck here. In other threads some people say It is because I'm using
    FormatterAssemblyStyle, but I'm not
