    I am trying to remote to a hololens, but for some reason my unity install is missing VR dll's, specifically the PerceptionRemotingPlugin. I had this working at one point, but my hard drive failed. I am developing this at work, so it could be some sort of permissions issue on installation.

    My question is, when do unity VR plugins get installed? is it tied to a specific package or should they just be there on installation?
