Failed to load il2cpp - status update

I've had a user report of this startup error 'Failed to load il2cpp', on a win7 build of our game. It seems to be referenced in this thread: https://forum.unity.com/threads/failed-to-load-il2cpp.520657/

We're building with 2019.1.8f1 and getting this error. Is there a bug tracker link for this issue, or a known version for an upcoming fix?

Maybe @Tautvydas-Zilys knows?

It's going to be fixed in 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b10 and 2019.3.0a9. There is a thread on this here:
