'Failed to load extension manager' Unity 2019.1

    Trying to use the new Unity 2019.1 but when I start it with an empty project or any other project I just get the error message:
    'Failed to load extension manager'
    Spamming the console hundreds of time making Unity unusable, did I do something wrong in the install? How do I stop this error so I can actually try and use this version. Same happens with Unity 2019.2 alpha.

    Seems problem is a corrupt install, uninstalled, ran chkdsk, fixed errors, reinstalled and seems to be working now.
