"Failed to find csc.exe" Error

    I'm using Unity 2020.2.1f1, I'd create a project with HDRP and as soon as I edit or create a c# script it would pop up with this message. I've tried searching for a solution but I could not find anything. I've already tried reinstalling the engine 3 times but nothing different. If anyone has the solution please help.

    Something is wrong with your Unity installation. Pretty sure that's the C# compiler it can't find. Try reinstalling Unity?

    I said that I have already reinstall it, literally wiped it out of my computer and tried installing it in different ways. It still comes with the same error.

    Could it be a folder permissions problem maybe? Sorry
