Bug Failed to create Object Undo, because the action (PaintTextureTool - Texture) is too large.

    2023.2.3f1 using HDRP

    Painting textures on terrain cant be undone.

    Not sure if this is bug or feeback, but since the behavior is unwanted and not normal based on all other software out there, I consider this a bug.


    "Failed to create Object Undo, because the action (PaintTextureTool - Texture) is too large. Clearing undo buffer. UnityEngine.GUIUtility: ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)"

    Is there a reasonable workaround?
    i.e. increasing undo memory or something?

    I got 32GB RAM 50% of which is free.This should not be an issue...
