Failed loading Probe Set Positions file

    I am trying to bake a light map for 4 tiles terrain and while creating probeset process I get this error
    'Create ProbeSet' job failed with error code: 3 ('Failed loading Probe Set Positions file.').



    What can I do to fix this?
