Facebook Spark AR Filters

    Does anyone know if there's any kind of planned support or partnership in the future for integrating the new Facebook AR features (made with Spark AR studio) into native unity apps?

    I get the feeling that spark is just so we can generate snapchat-like filters for zuck's snapchat app competitor.

    I doubt the end goal between Facebook and Indie devs align.

    If you want to do facial stuff, use the facial recog examples already avail tbh. Also, all the regular functionality in AR is already at your fingertips.

    I got in during the alpha(v4) and I promptly declared it as garbage for above reasons. Makes apple app development feel like the open source wild west, if you get my drift.

    Facebook is definitely using this so we can crowdsource develop something for zuck.

    I have been looking everywhere but unable to find the way in Unity to use background removal for mobile with Android and iOS. Spark AR does it perfectly.
