   I was able to get face tracking up and running on a character utilizing the blendshapes. Is there also a way to implement Eye Tracking as well? Do I need to incorporate something like OpenCV or is there something native to ARKit?

   Not sure what you mean - there is eye movement info in the blendshape locations. e.g. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/arkit/arfaceanchor.blendshapelocation/2928261-eyeblinkleft
