Extracting 2D Sprites from APK

I can't figure out how to extract images from APK files?
I created a game over a year ago, and I had made some cool 2D sprites for it but ended up losing all of the sprites due to not backing up everything even the Unity folders, I have hated my stupid actions on reformating for over a year now but saw some hope today!
I found out that my old phone had the games installed on it, so I used an APK extractor and now have the APK files!
Has anyone had luck extracting images from a Unity APK file? I do feel like this subject might be touchy with copy right or something, but in my case, it is my only option to get back hours of drawing sprites! Any help would be awesome
I can provide the APK files if anyone thinks they could get the images off it

if you google fore it you will find
