Extended Cyrillic in Unity

Hello.
There is a problem with Extended cyrillic letters in Unity
Bashkir, Tatar and other languages use these letters. Russian letters have no problem. Also in MacOS there is no problem with extended cyrillic.
In Windows when I try to write text, instead of letters I see question marks

I also found that these letters are not visible in any text fields in Unity Interface

There are two screenshots, blue one is Windows with extended cyrillic problems, yellow one is MacOS no problem
