Experimental 2D lights not smooth since 2019.3 beta 1

    Hi,

    Was experimenting recently with 2D lights in 2019.2, put a global light, a parametric light and the result was this:

    Updated to 2019.3 beta 1, migrated from LWRP to URP, and now with the exact same settings (or any settings), the result of the parametric light is not smooth at all, we see concentric circles way more than in 2019.2:

    Is it normal?
