Issue: Was attempting to bake lighting in my scene and the Editor was just hard crashing after a few seconds of the bake happening. I thought my Lighting Profile may have been the issue, but lowering the settings to something very conservative made no difference. (GPU/CPU/RAM usage would increase marginally when the bake started but nowhere near the cap).

I noticed in the Lighting Window that if I tried to change the filter mode under Scene > Lightmapping settings > Filtering to Advanced, Unity was also crashing immediately when the option was selected. This same crash happens in a new project with nothing in it.

I checked the Editor Log and can't see anything specific indicating why the crash occurred.
This is what is generated in the editor log when I click the Advanced Button and the crash happens

Something else of note is that no Crash Log file is generated in the "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\Unity\Editor\Crashes"

I tested this same behaviour in 2021.3.28f1 and it works without issue. Both with selecting the filtering advanced option and baking the scene.

I've submitted a bug report but was curious if anyone else was experience the same issue here and if there is anything else I can try to get 2022 working.

    Hello,

Would you kindly please report this issue via the Bug Reporter tool?
    https://unity.com/releases/editor/qa/bug-reporting

Please make sure to write the exact steps needed to be taken so that the reproduction would be visually seen. Also make sure to attach a reproduction project and any visual material so that when testing our CQA team can verify that they got the same results. If you can, please use this template:

    How to reproduce:
    1. Open the attached project
    2. Do this
    3. Do that
    4. Select this
    5. Observe that

Expected result: Something is visible, something is printed or something happens
Actual result: The opposite of what I expect happens

Reproducible with: Editor version I am using (e.g: 2021.3.xf1)

Reproduced on: The OS I am on (e.g: Windows 11, macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel/Silicon))
