    Hi,

Since updating to the 5.1.01f beta, we have been seeing an exception thrown when refreshing the page. It doesn't occur each time we refresh but seems strange that the exception should be thrown here. Currently we have only seen this occur on Chrome. Is this something that would get fixed in a Chrome update or is it something that would require a new patch release?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Chrome allocates a lot of memory at loading time, and that happens every time you refresh the webpage, so it sounds like you might be running out of memory.

    You should make sure:
    - Exceptions are disabled (Player Settings->Publishing Settings->Enable Exceptions)
    - Stripping is enabled (Player Settings->Other Settings->Stripping Level)

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

I have submitted a bug report (699528) after disabling exceptions and enabling stripping in a very small test scene in a new project. We have been able to reproduce the issue on both Mac and Windows using Chrome 43.

    Thanks,
    Phil.
