On my Everyplay dashboard I have two game entries (seems to be no way to delete an entry, btw).

Set up app with IDs from game #1.
Try to send a video from app - it's using the account details from game #2.

    Hi @HCL

On Android - Can you please delete the data/cache and try sharing again?
On iOS - Delete the app and re-deploy and try sharing again

    Cheers

Seems to only happen on iOS. Deleted and re-installed - same happened.

Thanks for your prompt reply :)

I'm experiencing the exact same problem right now.

    Just wrote to the support:

Over a year ago I release a game on iOS called Memrace.
    https://itunes.apple.com/dk/app/memrace/id829561026?mt=8

We are working on v2.0, and haven't looked much at this current version the last months.

Some months are go I created a new game on Everyplay (for testing purposes on the new v2.0 of our game - called Memrace-beta).

I did some tests and forgot about it.

Now, I just downloaded our current live v1.2 version of Memrace and when I click the "Everyplay" button it takes me to the beta on!
    Why?

The app that is currently out, SHOULD point to the actual Memrace game on Everyplay?

PS: I would delete the Memrace-beta....if I could...it doesn't seems to be possible with is kind of a downer :(

Hope you can help me and have a nice weekend.

Answered Laumania through our ticket system, solution was to log out of Everyplay manually inside the application and then log back in. This is caused by EP session staying active. This can happen where two projects share codebase / package name / bundle id.

@HCL, can you try this as well?

    Cheers,

Don't think it worked for me when I was trying to get around it - but I fixed the problem by going into the other account's settings on the EP dashboard, and removing the app store and play store ids.

Would be really handy to be able to delete unwanted game accounts ;)

@ullatussimo This still happens with the latest SDK. Causes a bit of confusion and would be great to be changed :)
