Every script change I make pops up "Importing Assets - Compiling Scripts"

    I keep getting this any time I make any change to my scripts. Doesn't matter which script, any will trigger it. It then changes to "Writing Packages".
    Anyone know what is up with it? I tried un-installing 3rd party assets to see if it's one of those triggering it but I still get the game result.

    EDIT:
    I have a bug with the Unity IAP installer. Keeps saying timed out. Reenable install. I was told it could be linked.
