ethan char. runs in place

    Ethan non AI 3rd person character is running in place,dragged in from std asserts , any idea why ?
    Using 2019.2.17f1.

    His rigidbody is set "static"?

    I have no option labled 'static' on Ethan rigidbody below, nor above on right, as its not ticked.
