ETA for Arm Model & Controller Visualizations?

Is there an ETA for when the arm model & controller visualizations will be provided for Unity?

The "Unreal Motion Controller Support" page has a note saying this functionality is only available in Unreal with Google VR, but it's desperately needed for almost every use of the controller.
