Errors don"t show up in visual studio

    Hi It was awhile ago I used Visual studio maybe 3 years, back then by default it would come red lines if i forgot to put a semicolon (it deosnt now) and it would show up which line in the code the error was when clicking on the error in the console (it deosent now).

    Mine always displays a error location for things like that. Along with a red line. Sometimes the redline is only the size of a character space.

    I’m not sure why yours wouldn’t. Can you post a screenshot of an example? Maybe it’s something different.

    Im going to try to delete visual studio and download it again

    update: didnt work
