Errors after installing TerraLand 3

I purchased and imported TerraLand 3. I tried following the initial tutorial, but receive the following error:

error CS0246: The type or namespace name `AeroplaneController' could not be found

Is something missing in the import package? This should AT LEAST build out of the box, no?
